Otium is excited about the recent announcement of successful projects under the 2019-2020 Greater Sydney Sport Facility Fund, with our team helping secure $10M in project funding.
We have been working closely with North Sydney Council and the project team on the feasibility, design, business planning and financial modelling for the upgrade and expansion of the North Sydney Olympic Pool. This much loved, iconic aquatic facility was awarded $5M under the Greater Sydney Sport Facility Program. Situated on the beautiful Sydney Harbour, the long-awaited upgrade of the facility will help deliver additional positive outcomes for the local community and the broader Greater Sydney for 
generations to come.
Otium also assisted the Western Sydney Wanderers Football Club in undertaking a rapid review of their project business case as part of the grant application process. The Club was successful in obtaining $5M for the Stage Development of the Western Sydney Football Project. This will see enhanced facility outcomes and opportunities in a rapidly expanding and diverse Western Sydney region, where there is growing participation in Football.
