Gippsland Regional Aquatic Centre Opening

We congratulate Latrobe City Council on the recent opening of the Gippsland Regional Aquatic Centre (GRAC) .

Otium team members have been involved in many stages of the project, from the initial Feasibility Study through to Business Modelling, Management Advisory Support & assistance with setting up Contract Management Services.

The development of this $57M facility has enjoyed strong community support and will be a huge community activity and healthy lifestyle asset to Latrobe City & the Gippsland Region.
