Otium Planning Group is pleased to share an update from the Inverell Shire Council on the construction of the Inverell Aquatic Centre.
This $25 million project replaces the existing 60-year-old pool facilities and will provide the Inverell community with an accessible and integrated range of aquatic health, fitness, wellness and recreation opportunities.
Otium has worked with the Council on numerous stages of this project, from the initial feasibility study to the preparation of advocacy documents and a business base for successful funding applications, provision of specialist advice on the functional and technical design brief, financial modelling and development of the management contract.
Scheduled for completion in December, this wonderful new facility will keep the Inverell and Region community healthy, active and connected!
