Otium Planning Group congratulates the City of Gold Coast on the recent opening of the Palm Beach Aquatic and Community Centre!
The popular aquatic centre has been redeveloped into an integrated aquatic, fitness and community centre to provide a wide range of facilities for the growing Gold Coast community.
Our team assisted the Council with several stages of this project, including:
- Identification of the need for a sub-regional standard aquatic centre servicing the southern Gold Coast through the development of the City of Gold Coast Aquatic Strategy.
- Needs Analysis.
- Participation on the Master Plan team.
- Detailed analysis of warm water pool opportunities.
We are proud to have contributed to this significant community project and look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have on the residents of the Gold Coast.
