Tinaburra Peninsula Master Plan
Tablelands Regional Council engaged our consulting team to develop a master plan for the Tinaburra Peninsula. The Master Plan developed considered a diverse range of wet and dry uses, and provides a vision for the future of the peninsula as well as recommendations for the physical enhancement of the peninsula and for the future management and use of the peninsula.
Gymnastics Queensland State Facilities Plan
Gymnastics Queensland engaged Strategic Leisure to prepare a statewide Facility Plan. The aim of the plan was to identify current training and competition facility priorities and longer term needs in response to projected population growth throughout the state.
Club Training and Capacity Building
We have been working with sport and recreation groups for nearly 20 years providing facilitated planning sessions to prepare business plans, development plans and event strategies. To build capacity in clubs many clients have engaged us to deliver training and develop club support systems specific to their communities.
