Otium Planning Group congratulate Salesian College Sunbury on the opening of their new sports pavilion this week!
Otium was engaged to develop a master plan to support future infrastructure investment in the sports precinct, transforming existing infrastructure into an integrated and well-coordinated sporting precinct for school and community users.
Collaborating with a range of stakeholders, we identified the precinct’s existing and future facility capabilities. Partnering with Salesian and HB Arch, we developed the Sports Precinct Master Plan and the new Pavilion plan, guiding it to concept design stage.
