Project Description
The development of improved motorsport and event facilities in Latrobe City has been considered for many years. Latrobe City Council partnered with the Latrobe Valley Authority to conduct this study to determine the requirements and opportunities that may exist for the development of a motorsport and event complex in Latrobe City.
Otium Planning Group, in association with Dave Lanfear and Apex Circuit Design (UK), was appointed by the Latrobe City Council to undertake a feasibility study to explore the viability of developing a new motorsport complex in Latrobe City to service Gippsland and the wider Victorian community. The study aimed to identify the issues and opportunities associated with motoring and motor sports including events in Latrobe City, and provide a clear strategic direction for future facility development opportunities.

· Funding and investment opportunities
