Project Description
Otium Planning Group (OPG) was appointed by Oil Search Limited to undertake the business planning for the redeveloped Lloyd Robson Oval in Port Moresby to become The National Football Stadium of Papua New Guinea. Work completed by OPG included:
- Development of component schedule;
- Operational design advice;
- Business modelling; and
- Implementation of staffing model and management plan.
